How do I enroll in courses at Vision Institute of Real Estate?

Click on any of the course descriptions and it will take you to our course catalog on our school site. There you can click on your desired course , enroll into our school and pay the course payment.

What types of courses does Vision Institute of Real Estate offer?

We currently offer Continuing Education courses and Post License courses for new agents.

Are the courses at Vision Institute of Real Estate approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission?

Yes ! All of our courses are approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and your hours for courses completed will be promptly added to your completed courses under your license number.

What are the prerequisites for enrolling in real estate courses?

Currently to enroll into our CE courses you have to have a Georgia real estate license. Check back soon for pre licensing once we are offering that course.

How long do the courses typically last?

Most CE course last from 3-5 hours on CE course and Postlicense is 25 hrs

Can I take courses online or are they only offered in-person?

We offer in class courses as well as online via live webinar. None of our courses are self paced and a live instructor must conduct your class

How are students assessed in the courses?

Some of our courses are CE and full attendance for all hours of the course is required to receive CE hours. Some courses require a final exam

What is the passing grade for courses at Vision Institute of Real Estate?

All of our final exam require 80 % in order to receive a passing grade.
